The Samaritans – you can speak privately and confidential to The Samaritans, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They can help with a range of concerns that you may be experiencing including suicide.

Breathing Space – will talk to you about any thoughts or feelings you are experiencing that may be overwhelming you. They will listen to you and encourage you to ‘open up when you are feeling down.’

Childline (up to 18 years) – is available on the phone and online anytime. They offer help to children and adolescents up to 18 years old. Their service is free, private, and confidential.
