Therapy isn't as scary as you may think however Paul understands how daunting it may feel to take those first steps. Paul believes in the value of having therapy and that it changes people’s lives for the better. Paul has a kind, laid back and gentle approach to being a therapist and often applies his own life experiences in his work where relevant. Paul runs a Mens CBT Group called `Men Talk 2` North Lanarkshire with Alice McCann and is aware of issues males often face in the West of Scotland and in the Construction Industry and how they may impact on Male Mental Health.

Client wellbeing and safety is of paramount importance to Paul, and he is working towards his `1ST Audit Accreditation` with BABCP and is committed to providing clients with the best possible standard of therapy. He is fully insured and is a member of both COSCA and BABCP.
