Hi I`m Paul and I am a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapist) who can help you understand and work through life's difficulties. CBT is a collaborative and evidence-based therapy which means that by having CBT you can effectively `become your own therapist`.
I started our `Men Talk 2` CBT based group for men with Alice McCann in 2023 and I really enjoy it. I prefer a relaxed approach to counselling while ensuring my clients confidentiality and crucially that they feel safe.
I have worked in the construction industry before training as a CBT Therapist and feel this gives me an understanding of issues which tend to affect men in the workplace which can be helpful when working with male or female clients.
